Domaine of the Bee does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using this site you confirm that you are over the age of 21. By using this site you are acknowledging that the person receiving a shipment of alcoholic beverages from Domaine of the Bee is over the age of 21.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE CONDITIONS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE. If you intentionally or unintentionally misrepresent your age in order to provide alcohol to a person under the age of 21, Domaine of the Bee will prosecute you to the full extent allowable by law.

Cancellation Policy

All orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After 6 hours the order goes into processing.

Delivery

Delivery time depends according to the State; normally delivery takes place between 5 to 10 days. During bad weather, this may take longer.

Taxes

Locally applicable State taxes are not included in the wine prices, but will be added automatically during checkout.

Shipping Policy

You must be at least 21 years old to order and receive wine in the U.S. by federal law. By placing an order you represent to Domaine of the Bee that you are at least 21 years old. At time of delivery someone 21 years or older must be present during normal business hours to sign for the package. If no one is available during normal business hours at your shipping address to sign for the package we encourage the package to be shipped to your business to insure fast, interruption-free delivery. Void where prohibited by law.

Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund within 90 days of your purchase. (Bottles must be unopened, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).​

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account after the delivery. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.

Please note: we can only refund the product purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable unless a wrong item is sent to you.

Limited Liability:

Domaine of the Bee are not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. Domaine of the Bee are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

Please check your order on arrival and let us know as soon as possible if there is anything broken or missing. We will sort the problem out without fuss. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

Jurisdiction

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Your order is an offer to buy from Domaine of the Bee . There will be no contract of any kind between you and Domaine of the Bee unless and until we accept your order, and in the case of wines and goods to be delivered to you, when we debit your credit card. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the goods or services to you without giving any reason. At the moment we accept your order or in the case of delivery of goods, when we debit your credit card, a contract will be made between you and Domaine of the Bee.

All wines or other goods ordered remain the property of Domaine of the Bee until payment is received in full. Our total liability to you for non-delivery of purchased goods is limited to the purchase price of the products.

Domaine of the Bee shall not be liable for any delay in delivering your wine if that delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our control such as war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any current or future law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, fire, flood, storm or other poor weather conditions, Act of God, failure of ISP or telecommunications provider in connection with the performance of this Agreement.

Domaine of the Bee reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions and notices contained on this the website without notice to you. Your continued use of this website after any such change constitutes your agreement to such change. Domaine of the Bee further reserves the right to change prices and other information on the website at any time without notice to you. The posting of prices and other terms of sale on this web site shall not constitute a binding agreement and Domaine of the Bee is not obliged to sell products on such terms.

- Alcohol should be consumed in moderation and never in conjunction with operating a motor vehicle or machinery. Women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. Alcohol consumption may cause health problems.
- A case of wine is heavy, so extra care should be taken when lifting it. If you are concerned about the weight we advise that you transfer the bottles 1 or 2 at a time.
- Red wine in particular may cause staining if spilt so extra care should be taken.
- Sparkling wines can be volatile due to the build up of gasses extra care should be taken when opening these.
